I've been teaching AI since 2023 (soon after ChatGPT came out), and have hosted numerous courses, workshops, keynotes and more for thousands of entrepreneurs.
I have worked with the Entrepreneurs' Organization multiple times as an AI educator, got invited to speak at their 2025 GLC in Hawaii, and hosted the AI tracks at the 2024 Jumpstart January and 2025 Jumpstart July.
I've also grown my previous AI education school Promptmaster to more than 2,000 total students and have taught GenAI at two Universities as a full semester, accredited course.
I started Paladin because everyone teaching AI focuses on speed, but nobody’s watching your back. That’s what I do. I build AI templates that have guardrails already built in. Yes—with one exception. You can use them for clients, customize them, share them—whatever helps your business. The only thing you can't do is repackage and sell them in bulk as your own course or community.
Most members need Make (has a Free tier and Paid plans start at around $10/month) and some AI API credits (a few dollars/month for most use cases). Beyond that, we integrate into systems you already use—Slack, Google Drive, Airtable, your email, etc. Some tools might require upgrading to a tier with API access, but think of it this way: if an automation saves you $10K/year, spending an extra $10–20/month is an easy yes.
Yes, however it is recommended to have a paid subscription to at least one of these tools to utilize their full features. The automation templates will run without a paid monthly AI subscription, because they are billed based on usage through a separate platform (their API). The AI prompts I share can be used with Free ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini accounts, however those are limited in how powerful models you can use and how many times per day. A free account is enough to get started, and once you see the value, you can subscribe later.
Yes, and the community is a great place to brainstorm and get feedback. But I'll be honest: our main focus is helping you implement the Paladin templates. If you bring in your own tools and custom setups, we'll help where we can, but troubleshooting takes longer and we'll prioritize support for members working on our templates first. That said, your ideas might turn into the next template—member requests shape what gets built.
We start by identifying 3 tasks in your business that are costing you time or money—your "$10K opportunities." Then each week, you implement one workflow to solve one of those problems. Within 90 days, you'll have AI actually running in your business: handling emails, booking calls, repurposing content, or whatever your biggest bottlenecks are.

Yes, the same templates, but not at the same time. Your diagnosis call determines which templates match your specific bottlenecks, and you'll start implementing those. Some members might be implementing the same template at the same time, others might be working on something else specific to their businesses.
No. Courses teach you theory and leave you to figure out implementation. Here, you start with implementation—you get the template, set it up with my help, and it's working in your business by end of week. There is a course library if you want to learn how to build your own workflows later, but it's optional and supplementary.

Yes, they're yours. They run in your own accounts (Make, your Google Drive, etc.), so they keep working whether you stay a member or not.
Yes, the templates are built of interchangeable parts you can swap for your own tools, however for the most common platforms, you'll find options. For most workflows, you'll find a template that works with Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive as these are the most common. If members have other needs, they can customize the templates to fit those platforms.
Yes, absolutely! Templates get updated when tools change or better methods emerge, and new ones are built monthly based on what members need. The trainings are also updated to keep up with the newest AI models and their features. That's the point of a membership vs. a one-time course—you're not stuck with a 2024 workflow in 2027. Everything stays up to date. An ongoing commitment for your ongoing subscription.
Yes. Members vote on what gets built next or suggest new ideas, and I ship templates based on those votes and what you actually need. The library will grow beyond 138 over time, but I'm not going to overpromise—we're starting with the most pressing workflows for small businesses and building from there.
